"Bravery is not a characteristic; bravery is a choice. And you make that choice sanely depending on the atmosphere around you. I think we confuse 'crazy' and 'brave,' but bravery is born out of culture, not people."
I had the opportunity to spend some time with Susan Credle, former Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett USA and incoming Global Chief Creative Officer at FCB. Susan is one of our industry's leading creatives and an important voice representing women in the advertising industry. She has received numerous industry accolades, including being named one of Advertising Age's 100 Most Influential Women in Advertising and one of Business Insider's Most Creative Women in Advertising, and being selected as a 2014 Cannes Lions Jury President and being inducted into the AAF's Hall of Achievement.
Watch as Susan as I discuss what inspires her, the AOL and Leo Burnett content marketing partnership, women in advertising, and the best piece of career advice she's been given.
