R&B singer Chris Brown is apparently not a fan favorite with his new neighbors in West Hollywood, who reportedly claim the celebrity parks illegally, blasts music and races dogs in hallways of his condominium complex.

Brown, who has been ticketed numerous times by the city, parks his expensive cars in spaces clearly reserved for handicapped drivers, TMZ reports. The site has posted photos of Brown's vehicles.
