'Good Morning America' Halloween 2013: Robin Roberts As Oprah, Lara Spencer As Miley Cyrus

WATCH: 'GMA' Does Halloween

On Thursday's "Good Morning America," Lara Spencer came in swinging on a wrecking ball à la Miley Cyrus.

The morning show celebrated Halloween in grand style, and featured the hosts at an award show as characters from this year's hit movies and television shows. Robin Roberts dressed up as Oprah's "Gloria Gaines" in "The Butler" and Olivia Pope on "Scandal"; George Stephanopoulos was George Clooney in "Gravity"; Josh Elliot was Abe Lincoln; and Sam Champion was King Joffrey from "The Game of Thrones." Elliot and Champion also appeared as Ron Burgundy and Veronica Corningstone from "Anchorman."

In addition to channeling Miley, Spencer also did one heck of an impression of Uncle Si from "Duck Dynasty." Watch in the clip above.

Roberts has said goodbye to "Good Morning America," but only for a while. The "GMA" anchor made her final appearance Thursday before going on medical leave for a bone marrow transplant. Roberts' departure was first planned for Friday, but she chose to exit a day early to visit her ailing mother in Mississippi. In July she first disclosed that she has MDS, a blood and bone marrow disease. She will be hospitalized next week to prepare for the transplant. The donor will be her older sister, Sally-Ann Roberts. Roboz, who is helping Robin prepare her for her bone marrow transplant, appeared on the program to discuss the medical road ahead. In the coming weeks, Dr. Roboz will help monitor Robins health and progress. (AP Photo/ABC, Fred Lee) (credit:AP)
