Actor Kelsey Grammer put his stunning Avon, Colorado ski house for sale back in 2011 for $7.9 million and although the listing was listed as "inactive" on many real estate sites shortly thereafter, the property didn't sell and was listed again in 2011. Well, the luxury home is still for sale, now for a million dollars less at $6.9 million, according to Realtor.com -- what a steal.
The 8,500 square-foot, 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom super-chalet was built in 2002 and featured in Architectural Digest in 2004. It was a vacation home for Kelsey and Camille prior to their divorce so Grammer says they "were open to the idea of being a little freer with the décor."
The home was also featured on Season 2 of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," of which Camille Grammer was a cast member, when the ladies stayed in the home for a brief vacation.
The luxury home sits on 1.67 acres, features a three-car garage, hot tub, wine cellar, breakfast nook, hardwood and stone flooring.
