Just in time for Thanksgiving we present to you a heartwarming act of kindness that's going viral on the Internet.

"While on vacation in Savannah, Georgia, I went downtown with some friends. We saw the car and noticed that someone had placed plastic bags on the window. I saw the note and thought this random act of kindness should be shared," the photographer -- who asked his friend to post it on Reddit -- told The Huffington Post.

"We never expected to make the front page of Reddit. We just wanted to show someone going out of their way to help a stranger," he added.
