The winter overnight parking ban on Chicago's arterial streets will begin at 3 a.m. Monday, the city's Department of Streets and Sanitation said.
The ban will be enforced on designated routes from 3 to 7 a.m. daily until April 1.
Vehicles parked on designated streets will be ticketed and towed regardless of whether there is snow on the ground.
