Fulton County Superior Court

A California man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Atlanta for sending threats to District Attorney Fani Willis.
A special grand jury investigated whether then-President Donald Trump and his allies broke any laws as they sought to overturn his narrow 2020 election loss in Georgia.
The state attorney generalā€™s office claims a ruling earlier this week to strike down the ban relied on a ā€œwholly unsupported theory that has no basis in law, precedent, or common sense.ā€
The new charges include participation in criminal street gang activity, possession of a machine gun and drug charges.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said that her office ā€œhas received information indicating a reasonable probability" that Georgiaā€™s administration of elections in 2020 "was subject to possible criminal disruptions.ā€
