Jakob Skovgaard is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Lund University, in Sweden. His research focuses on the interaction between the international and the domestic levels of climate governance, and between economic and environmental objectives in climate policy. He is particularly interested in climate change mitigation targets and policy instruments, climate finance and fossil fuel subsidy reform.
