<a href="" target="_blank">Lesley M. M. Blume</a> is a New York City-based author, columnist, and journalist; she is also <em>The Huffington Post</em>'s contributing style editor.<br /> <br /> As a journalist, Blume began her career at <em>The Jordan Times</em> in Amman and Cronkite Productions in New York City. She later became an off-air reporter for ABC News <em>Nightline</em> with Ted Koppel in Washington, DC. Now writing full-time, Blume covers culture, politics, and fashion (and sometimes the thorny politics <em>of</em> fashion). Her <a href="" target="_blank">articles</a> have appeared in many publications, including <em>The Wall Street Journal, Vogue</em>, <em>Slate, Mediaite</em>, and <em>The Daily Beast</em>.<br /> <br /> Blume has authored <a href="" target="_blank">four critically-acclaimed books</a> for Knopf - including bestsellers <a href="" target="_blank"><em>Cornelia</em></a> and <a href="" target="_blank"><em>Modern Fairies</em></a>.
