Amit Bhaiya is the co-founder and CEO of DotcomWeavers, an award-winning e-commerce web development company specializing in custom eCommerce websites, website applications and SEO. A serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience, Amit started his first business by selling books on half.com out of his dorm room, which he continued doing until he graduated. Prior to starting DotcomWeavers, Amit served as director of distance learning for ASA Institute of Business & Computer Technology in New York City. In this role, he single-handedly initiated and managed the school’s online strategy as well as its distance education department, supervising the performance of 22 instructors and the progress of 350 students. In addition to running DotcomWeavers, Amit owns two Indian restaurants in New Jersey. He has a Master of Science degree in technology management and information systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
