Tori Taylor

Vice Chair, Democratic National Committee Youth Council

Tori Taylor is the Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee's Youth Council. She served as National President of College Democrats of America, the official youth outreach arm of the Democratic Party, from 2012 - 2013.

Tori has traveled across the country engaging young people in politics and training young leaders on organizational leadership and development. A native North Carolinian and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Tori has been involved in Democratic politics on a local, state, and national level since 2007. After getting her start working on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, she went on to work for numerous political campaigns and organizations in field, communications, and research. During the 2012 election cycle, Tori served on the Public Engagement Team for the Democratic National Convention, specifically tasked with all the youth outreach and programming for the convention. She later joined President Obama's reelection campaign in the battleground state of Ohio. Most recently, she worked for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee's political team.

Currently, she works in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate student at The George Washington University.
