Aesop Rock hasn't produced a full-length solo album since 2007's None Shall Pass. In the years since, kids started and graduated high school, Rebecca Black swiftly rose and fell, and a new guy who calls himself A$AP Rocky became the person everyone thinks you're talking about when you say Aesop Rock. But that's all about to change, because the chain-smoking prophet has a 6th studio album coming out July 10, Skelethon, featuring guest spots by Rob Sonic and DJ Big Wiz from Hail Mary Mallon, and Kimya Dawson, whom he's working on a separate project with as well. From what we can tell from the album's first single, "Zero Dark Thirty," there's been none of that famous spitting speed lost in the intervening years. Check the single out below, and head to Aesop Rock's official site to preview the album's trippy artwork by Spanish painter Aryz.
