Via Realtor.com: Rockstar Avril Lavigne bought this Bel-Air manse for $9.5 million in 2007 with her new husband, Sum 41 bandmember Deryck Whibley. They divorced in late 2010 (the LA Times notes Lavigne kicked him out of their home) and now the mansion is back on the market for the exact same price: $9.5 million.

The eight bedroom, ten-and-a-half bathroom home has over 12,000 square feet of living space and features a wine cellar, gym, and ten-car garage. The mansion also has a bonafide rock 'n roll pedigree: Lavigne bought it from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his then-wife, Shanna Moakler. According to People.com, Barker and Moakler filmed "Meet The Barkers," a reality show, at the Bel-Air mansion before putting it on the market in 2006.
