On the heels of his winning performance in the Snatch Game episode of RuPaul's Drag Race, drag genius BenDeLaCreme presents Episode 3 of Capitol Hill. Inspired by 70s-80s evening soap operas with a pinch of Twin Peaks, Capitol Hill follows Roses Smell (played by Waxie Moon), an innocent young girl with big dreams, who escapes the terrible backwater hell-hole of Portland, Oregon and comes to beautiful Seattle, Washington, in hopes of a better life. But will she find it? Watch it to find out.
