Brian Grazer and Ron Howard Accept Simon Weisenthal Humanitarian Award

Last night in Los Angeles, A-listers Jay Leno and Russell Crowe bumped shoulders with studio honchos like Iger and Katzenberg at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Hollywood's power players congregated to honor Academy-Award winning filmmakers Brian Grazer and Ron Howard with the Simon Wiesenthal Center's 2010 Humanitarian Award. Past honorees of the Jewish human rights organization's most prestigious award have included Sony's Amy Pascal and actor Will Smith. Howard and Grazer have collaborated on numerous projects, including "A Beautiful Mind," "The Da Vinci Code," "Frost/Nixon" and "Angels & Demons," so it is only fitting that the power duo accept this award in unison. On their partnership both professionally and as long-time friends Ron remarked, "in a business that can be tenuous at best, it's fantastic to know you have somebody pulling in your direction at all times."
