Money, fame, power. Nothing better embodies all three than celebrity political donations, right?

And thanks to federal regulations that make all Federal Election Campaign filings public, we can see exactly which boldfaced New Yorkers gave how much to whom.

Interestingly, a two former "celebs" are big winners. Kevin Powell, Real World alum and current Congressional candidate, raised $83,000 last quarter from the likes of Chris Rock, Mark Ecko, and football star Julius Peppers.

Meanwhile upstate Congressman and former rock star John Hall had celebrity friends such as Bonnie Raitt and Chevy Chase in his corner.
