Frontier will host its 2nd annual Oyster Shucking Competition this Sunday, August 12 starting at noon. The contest will feature some of Chicago's top chefs going head-to-head in a bracket-style tournament with the winner receiving a $500 cash prize.

The event will also be trying to raise money for the Greater New Orleans Foundation with a $10 suggested donation from attendees. The charity raises funds and awareness for the Gulf Oil Spill and was personally selected by Frontier Chef Brian Jupiter because of his New Orleans heritage.
