The Colorado Tourism Office is cooking up yet another scheme to boost the struggling tourism economy this winter.

The AP reports:

Three lucky people who have never experienced snow will get a chance to spend three months reveling in it and sampling some winter activities in Colorado for free... The winners will get an expenses-paid trip to Colorado from January through March and will partake in snowmobiling, skiing, and snowshoeing with the help of instructors and guides.
