Happy Pi Day!

Today mathletes and numbers crunchers around the world celebrate Pi Day but for food lovers, today's also a great chance to celebrate one of our favorite foods -- pie!

Where can you celebrate Pi Day? Pi Pizzeria celebrates its birthday with deals on deep dish pizza and Pi pint glasses. At the Maryland Science Center, enjoy an all-day Pi Party with games, crafts and a pie-eating contest. Then stop by The Dunes tonight for a Pi(e) Day benefit supporting Common Good City Farm. A $7.00 donation gets you in the door.

If 2012 was the year of the cupcake and 2013 is all about doughnuts, could 2014 be the era of pie? Let's hope so.
