Gwyneth Paltrow Honored At Gene Siskel Film Center Gala In Chicago (PHOTOS)

Wearing a white Alexander McQueen minidress our colleagues at HuffPost Style described as "Wimbledon-ready," actress, food writer and apparent Jameson aficionado Gwyneth Paltrow accepted the Gene Siskel Film Center's "Renaissance Award" at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Chicago on Saturday.

According to the Gene Siskel Film Center, the event, a benefit for the center's programming, included "a discussion of her career and artistic process, complete with a retrospective of film clips from some of her most notable performances."

Previous winners of the award include Reese Witherspoon, Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey Jr.
