Robin van Persie's wife Bouchra hasn't wasted any time in house hunting. She was spotted in Alderley Edge and Prestbury looking at huge multi million pound mansions on Friday morning. She visited the Eden Park complex in Alderley Edge but stayed just 5 minutes. Bouchra then went to se a 4,200,000 mansion just arround the corner from The Rooneys in Prestburty, called Oakdene (Jackson Stops estate agent) and looked aaround that one for nearly 45 minutes.....This is a GV eden Park from the Jackson Stopp website.

In 2009, a historic townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side hit the market for $28 million but didn't sell. The listing recently got a price adjustment—to $35 million. In Miami Beach, Fla., a home once owned by Jennifer Lopez went on the market for $29 million in 2010, but the owner didn't get an offer he liked. So he took it off the market for a year, then relisted it. The current asking price: $40 million.
