For women hoping to have more orgasms, could the answer lie outside of sex?
Nicole Daedone, founder of OneTaste and author of "Slow Sex: The Art and Craft Of Female Orgasm," teaches a method called orgasmic meditation. On HuffPost Live Monday, Daedone explained the process and how she says it is bringing couples closer together and helping them tackle "pleasure deficit disorder."
TV actress Karen Lorre, seen in the video above, is one woman who swears by orgasmic meditation. Lorre said she was skeptical after watching Daedone's TedX speech on the topic, but that she was won over after signing up for private coaching. Now, Lorre says she practices regularly and has even practiced orgasmic meditation up to 11 times in one day.
