Scare Yourself Every Day: Man Takes On Terrifying Tasks Each Day Of The Year (VIDEO)

WATCH: Man Frightens Himself For 365 Days

Sometimes the only way a person can feel alive is to do what truly terrifies them. Stand-up comedy and skydiving are a few pursuits that spring to mind.

But in this surprisingly heartwarming YouTube video, 36-year-old New Jersey native Greg takes on a multitude of tasks -- one each day for a year -- that will make your hair stand on end.

From enrolling in trapeze school or eating live octopus, to braving a yacht party alone and riding the subway with no pants, the video shows Greg engaging in quite a wide range of challenges.

While every activity isn't included in the video, a complete list of Greg's daily adventures is available on his appropriately titled blog, Scare Yourself Every Day.
