Via Real Estalker: Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne tried unsuccessfully to unload their home in La Costa Beach, Malibu for $14 million in 2006, even going so far as to slash the price to $10.95 million - still no luck. Since then, the home has been on and off real estate listings as a lease opportunity - this time it's available for $40,000 a month. The oceanfront property has three stories, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a huge gourmet kitchen, a hot tub on the terrace of the third floor, and a large master suite with walk-in closets and a marble bath. The clean white-on-white decor and shabby chic furnishings don't look like they belong to the Godfather of Heavy Metal - but maybe we're seeing his softer side.
