Teen Asks Horrible Friend To Design Her First Tattoo, And Well …

“I almost expected a penis, to be honest.”

When a teen figured her best friend would design a cool tattoo for her, she was sorely mistaken.

Elle Mills, an 18-year-old from Ottawa, Canada told the Huffington Post her best friend, Tavian Palacios, thought it would be a good idea for her to get inked for the first time.

“And I was like, ‘It’d be a whole lot more entertaining if I let you choose [the tattoo] and surprised me,’” Mills told the HuffPost.

Mills runs the YouTube channel ElleOfTheMills, so she decided to film the experience of getting her surprise tattoo designed by Palacios.

On March 20, Mills uploaded a video to YouTube and posted hilarious photos on Twitter, relaying her experience and reaction to Palacios’ design.

And let’s just say her best friend is a kind of a jerk.

But, to be fair, Mills knew what she was getting herself into.

“I almost expected a penis [tattoo], to be honest, but I genuinely had no clue,” she said. “He did tell me that he was about to put my high school teacher crush on me instead.”

But Palacios didn’t do that. Nope. Instead he designed this:

It’s his Twitter and Instagram handle.

“I remember the first words that popped into my head were, ‘That son of a bitch.’”

Mills explains Palacios’ rationale behind the design.

“I already had a bit of a following, so you know, he wanted to mooch off of me,” Mills explained. “He thought it was a funny self promo idea.”

Apparently, the trick worked.

Mills told HuffPost that since she posted a video and photos of the experience to social media, he’s gotten a “shit ton,” more followers.

“He gained 2,500 or more on Insta, I think,” she said.

As for revenge, Mills has already cooked up a plan.

“He’s 100 percent getting my YouTube channel name tattooed on him,” she said. “I’m dragging him to the parlor.”
