Which GOP candidate do University of Tennessee students consider the craziest? Or has the best chance to beat Obama? Reactions are all over the map.

One student claims that the ideal Republican candidate would be the offspring of Rep. Ron Paul and Gov. Mitt Romney. Another considers former House Speaker Newt Gingrich to be a “bad person.” Some students think Mitt Romney’s leadership and experience can defeat President Obama, while others disagree.

The ranging opinions across UT’s college campus echo the national division within the Republican Party. With 58 Tennessee delegates up for grabs in the Volunteer State’s Super Tuesday primary, it is possible that the four Republican presidential candidates could split the delegate count proportionally.
