This is it.

On Sunday, our San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens. If we win, we will become the fifth town in history to take home World Series and Super Bowl championships in the same season, and prove that San Francisco really is the best city in the universe. And, unlike the recent Giants series, it all comes down to one game.

So you had better have a game plan.

The bars will be crazy, the streets will be madness and, in an effort to avoid a World Series-style riot in the Mission, Mayor Ed Lee has banned the Civic Center big screen and strongly suggested that bars refrain from serving hard alcohol during the game.

Fortunately, we've searched high and low for the best possible spots in the city to watch the victory unfold, no matter what experience you're looking for. Check out our selections in the slideshow below.

You are not fooling around. You know all about the champagne-showering, stranger-hugging, hoarse-voiced screaming madness and you love every minute of it. So you're heading to Polo Grounds or Pete's Tavern by AT&T Park (11 TVs and $5 49ers shots), Mad Dog in the Fog in the Lower Haight, Phoenix Irish Bar in the Mission or Kezar Pub in the Upper Haight. Sometimes you just want to watch the game sans the post-win PBR shower. Never fear, the city has lots of spots for the civilized sports fan. Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen will be showing the game on its four big-screens, while serving blue cheese and Brandt Farm beef sliders, Kobe dogs and 18 beers on tap. Meanwhile, the Redwood Room is rolling in additional flat screens just for the event. They're also serving a 49ers-themed cocktail and a Ravens-themed crab sandwich.
