This is it.

On Sunday, our San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens. If we win, we will become the fifth town in history to take home World Series and Super Bowl championships in the same season, and prove that San Francisco really is the best city in the universe. And, unlike the recent Giants series, it all comes down to one game.

So you had better have a game plan.

The bars will be crazy, the streets will be madness and, in an effort to avoid a World Series-style riot in the Mission, Mayor Ed Lee has banned the Civic Center big screen and strongly suggested that bars refrain from serving hard alcohol during the game.

Fortunately, we've searched high and low for the best possible spots in the city to watch the victory unfold, no matter what experience you're looking for. Check out our selections in the slideshow below.

And remember: who's got it better than us?

The Madness(01 of06)

You are not fooling around. You know all about the champagne-showering, stranger-hugging, hoarse-voiced screaming madness and you love every minute of it. So you're heading to Polo Grounds or Pete's Tavern by AT&T Park (11 TVs and $5 49ers shots), Mad Dog in the Fog in the Lower Haight, Phoenix Irish Bar in the Mission or Kezar Pub in the Upper Haight. Just watch out for post-win flying champagne bottles. (credit:Alamy)

Staying at home? You're gonna need some snacks, and Doritos won't cut it for Harbowl. Fortunately our friends at Haighteration rounded up some of the amazing Lower Haight Super Bowl catering options including an unbelievable special at Wing Wings. Wings aren't your thing? Try a take-out charcuterie platter from Boccalone with some door-delivered wine from Rewinery. (This is San Francisco, after all.) (credit:Wing Wings)
The Locals (03 of06)

If you live in the Richmond like a certain HuffPost SF editor, you know that every other house in the neighborhood has a 49ers flag hanging from its window. Get in on the locals-only action at The Greens Sports Bar in Russian Hill, Ireland's 32 in the Richmond and The Taco Shop at Underdogs in the Sunset. (credit:Ireland's 32)
Gay-Friendly (04 of06)

While we certainly hope every sports bar in San Francisco is gay-friendly, a few of them cater specifically to the LGBT crowd. Pilsner Inn has been satiating sports fans since 1980, and the newly opened Hi Tops is even featured in the upcoming issue of Sports Illustrated. (credit:Hi Tops)
Family-Friendly(05 of06)

Weaving through the booze-laced madness can be challenging with children. Fortunately a few spots in town are perfect for the whole family. The Balboa Theatre in the Richmond will show the game on the big screen (with free admission!) and Jake's Steaks offers TVs, a full bar and a kid-friendly menu. (credit:Getty Images)
The Upscale Experience(06 of06)

Sometimes you just want to watch the game sans the post-win PBR shower. Never fear, the city has lots of spots for the civilized sports fan. Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen will be showing the game on its four big-screens, while serving blue cheese and Brandt Farm beef sliders, Kobe dogs and 18 beers on tap. Meanwhile, the Redwood Room is rolling in additional flat screens just for the event. They're also serving a 49ers-themed cocktail and a Ravens-themed crab sandwich. We trust you'll make the right decision on that one. (credit:The Redwood Room)
