Fred Teng is the Special U.S. Representative for the China-United States Exchange Foundation, he serves on the EastWest Institute’s President’s Advisory Group, he is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of New York, and a member of the National Committee on U.S. China Relations. Mr. Teng is also a regular speaker and writer on U.S. China policy issues. He works actively with a number of U.S. and China policy institutions on the bilateral relationship. Based in the United States, Mr. Teng is a senior media executive by profession.
