Richard Jones is the CEO of several transfromational behavioral health organizations including Jones Solutions Group (www.rjonescoach.com) and FAVOR Greenville (www.favorgreenville.org). Richard is a person in long term recovery from substance use disorders since 2001 and has been the Executive Director of FAVOR Greenville (South Carolina) since 2013. FAVOR Greenville has served over 17,000 participants since opening a Recovery Community Center in April of 2013. FAVOR has firmly established itself as the premier provider of recovery support services in the southeast. Richard has directed the program staff/volunteers in the delivery of a wide array of peer-based recovery services including: individual & group recovery coaching, individual & group family recovery coaching, prevention & education services, ARISE intervention services, case-management & service coordination, community collaboration, and organizational advocacy efforts. Rich received his BS in Business Management at St. Vincent College, his MA in Sociology with concentration in Addiction Studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and his MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management at the University of Scranton. Other professional credentials include: Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified ARISE Interventionist, Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Certified Clinical Supervisor.
