He has served the board of a dozen public and private corporations and was Special Deputy Comptroller of the City Of New York during the city's fiscal crisis in the 70s. His book on how CEO pay in America is damaging industry, the economy and democracy will be published next spring by Blue Rider Press (Penguin Group). He received a BA from Columbia and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
