Talk about a triple threat as Alicia Keys, Rita Ora and Adele have covers for ELLE Magazine's Women in Music Issue.

For the shoot, Adele- who's currently on the market for a wedding dress- wore an elegant Alberta Ferretti dress. She kept her make-up simple and rocked a retro swoop and ponytails. "The set reflected Adele's retro crooner style perfectly," said creative director, Joe Zee. "It was also my birthday, and she sang 'Happy Birthday' to me--best present ever!"
