In the wake of Hurricane Sandy, New Yorkers organized relief efforts to support victims and neighborhoods affected by the storm's immense damage.

Among organizations chipping in to help is the ASPCA whose workers have stationed emergency veterinarian stations at several evacuation centers throughout distressed areas.

The ASPCA has already treated over 400 evacuated pets in New York City and parts of Long Island. If you would like to donate to help, you can do so here on their website.
