Bianca Jagger's landlord can expect a check for $708,600 in overdue rent and other fees, thanks to a court ruling made last week.

The mandate follows a 2008 ruling that deemed Jagger unfit for her two-bedroom apartment, a rent-stabilized unit at 530 Park Ave. that she's occupied for almost 20 years.

"The court decided that she wasn't eligible to remain because the apartment wasn't her primary residence. Ms. Jagger, a Nicaraguan-born British citizen, also maintained a London apartment and was in the U.S. on a tourist visa," The Wall Street Journal reports.

Jagger's payment will cover her breech of "fair market use and occupancy" of the apartment, but with $246,468 in general cost, plus $343,827 in attorney fees, the total will be substantially more than her rent-stabilized rent.

The ex-wife of Mick Jagger is planning on appealing the motion.
