WATCH: Bon Appétit Editors Talk Chicago's Dining Scene

With a dining scene that has emerged as one of the nation's most vibrant, Chicago has quickly become a destination for foodies around the world.

Last month, hundreds of grub enthusiasts descended upon Millennium Park for Chicago Gourmet 2012, an event created by the Illinois Restaurant Association (IRA) and sponsored by Bon Appétit. The event spotlighted the creations of more than 100 of the city's best restaurants and chefs.

While Bon Appétit's editor-in-chief Adam Rapoport and restaurant and drinks editor Andrew Knowlton were in the Windy City for the occasion, they took a moment to speak with Chat Chow TV about the role the city plays on the national culinary stage.
