Can the Detroit Lions top last season's stunning 10-6 record (and first playoff run of the new millenium)? We sure hope so.
The National Football League released the 2012 season schedule Tuesday, and for the Lions, it looks like a fair shake.
The Lions will play only seven home games, but they'll play four games in prime time -- as many in this upcoming season as they have in the past 11 years, according to ESPN. 2012's Thanksgiving Day matchup is against the Houston Texans, and the Lions will get one run at Monday Night Football against the Bears in Chicago.
