Dick Morris is about to hit the radio airwaves.
The former Fox News commentator will host an afternoon radio show on WPHT in Philadelphia starting on April 15. The Philadelphia Daily News reported the news, which Morris confirmed at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Thursday.
"I look forward to the opportunity to speak for four hours [daily] without anybody interrupting me," he said. Morris' show will run from 2-6 p.m. He is taking over part of the time slot vacated by Michael Smerconish, who is moving his show to SiriusXM.
"I hear Gary R'nel will cohost but that's not confirmed yet," wrote the Daily News' Molly Eichel. "Savvy listeners can note that Morris auditioned on WPHT a couple of weeks ago."
Morris was recently dropped from Fox News where he was a contributor.
