West Coast architect Emily Jagoda designed a house in West Los Angeles that is now available for lease $3,750 per month. Architecture For Sale praises Jagoda's design, noting, "there are subtle references here to Schindler, Gehry, and Mayne, but the work is her own," adding, "while it is clear from the plan that form correctly followed function, it is a new form that results." Clean lines and and minimal details allow residents to utilize the space as they see fit while also providing a beautifully-designed space to live in. The property includes a main residence with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, with the third floor devoted entirely to the master bedroom and bath. There is also a bungalow on the property that can be used as an office or recreation room, making this a convenient live/work space.
