Morning Host Greg Kelly Draws Ire For Comments About Colleague's Bikini

Morning Host Ripped For Comments About Colleague In A Bikini
|

An anchor for a New York morning show is being criticized for on-air comments he made about a reporter in a bikini.

Greg Kelly, co-host of "Good Day New York," was back in the studio as reporter Anna Gilligan tried a rope swing at Action Park in Vernon, New Jersey, for a recent segment.

"First of all, nice bathing suit," Kelly said, among other observations that caught the attention of critics.

Some outlets suggested that Kelly, the son of former New York Police Department commissioner Raymond Kelly, stepped over the line.

Uproxx wrote he was "creeping out everyone with his commentary." The New York Daily News called his behavior "inappropriate." Gawker hit harder, saying Kelly "proved what a dirtbag he is." Bustle even called him a "bigger sexist than Will Ferrell's Ron Burgundy."

Stay classy, sir.

A Fox rep was not immediately available to comment.
