Jazz, a 12-year-old transgender girl, spoke to HuffPost Live about her desire to become a mother in the future.

"I want to be the mother of my own child, but I know if I adopt, I'll also be a great mother anyways and I'll give them all the love I have inside," Jazz said. "I know there will be someone who I can give my love to."

Saying that raising her daughter had made her "a stronger person," Jazz's mother Jeanette added, "She's the bravest, most courageous person I've ever met in my life. I'm truly honored to be her mother."
