After just a few months on the air, CBS daytime show "The Talk" is getting its first shakeup as co-host Marissa Jaret Winokur announced she is leaving the show due to a lack of airtime.

"I will not be returning to The Talk this year," she told People. As the show progressed, she said, "there really wasn't room for my segments." Those segments, called "Mom in the Street," were supposed to air twice a week.

Winokur said she wants to "be more involved with what I'm working on," including developing her own cable show.

Though Winokur says, "I love my co-hosts and the crew at The Talk," she wants "to be more involved with what I'm working on," which includes developing her own cable show and plans to launch a clothing line later this year.
