Well, at least they weren't eating prison food.

Martha Stewart and former partner in crime Sam Waksal were both spotted dining at the Four Seasons on Friday, albeit on opposite sides of the room.

According to Page Six, when he finished eating, Waksal "left without a word to Stewart."

The former CEO and founder of ImClone served nearly seven years in prison for insider trading, while Stewart did a five-stint for her role in the case.

Stewart is said to have been dining with J.Crew Chairman and Chief Executive Mickey Drexler.
