Yesterday, attorney Rob Corry shared a correspondence with U.S. Attorney John Walsh on the issue of seizure-threat letters sent to 23 dispensaries within 1,000 feet of schools; get details and see the documents in our earlier coverage below. Corry interprets Walsh's letter as establishing what he calls "safe harbor" for MMCs more than 1,000 feet from school. But U.S. Attorney's Office spokesman Jeff Dorschner says he couldn't be more wrong.
