Realtor.com tells us that actress/model Molly Sims' Hollywood Hills home is back on the market for a second time. Sims put her digs up for sale in 2008 for $2.999 million before taking it back off the market soon after. Now, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and Las Vegas actress is asking $2.825 million for her three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house.

The Spanish-style pad features details like vaulted ceilings and, according to Real Estalker, antique French limestone and ebony saltillo tile floors. The home features an outdoor living component as well: there's a pool, covered porch and patio, built-in barbecue, and views of Los Angeles.
