The Philadelphia Inquirer, under new management and fresh from a Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring, has a new editor.

Stan Wischnowski, who oversaw the paper's front page for a decade and had been serving as interim editor since October, is The Inquirer's fifth editor in ten years. Gregory J. Osberg, the new publisher, made the announcement as the staff gathered for a holiday party on Tuesday.
