If you've ever wondered what Kelly Ripa would look like as Justin Bieber, you got your wish on Monday morning.

She and guest co-host Nick Lachey pulled out all the stops for Halloween on "Live," appearing in at least nine different costumes each for the huge spectacular. Their alter egos for the day? Kelly dressed up as Kim Kardashian, Kate Middleton, Sammie from "Jersey Shore," Lacey from "Dancing With the Stars," a Pan Am stewardess, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, and a pageant princess and her mom. Nick Lachey even dressed up in drag, not once, but twice.

Regis -- who is leaving "Live!" in a few weeks -- wasn't there. But Heidi Klum was there to give her own Halloween take on the beloved host.

Below, see pictures of the morning's crazy costumes and let us know which ones they pulled off with gravitas -- and which missed the mark!
