PHOTOS: The Wackiest Costumes At The Halloween Dog Parade

Dog owners around the city got a leg up on Halloween yesterday at the 20th Annual Tompkins Square Park Halloween Dog Parade. Revelers arrived toting dolled up pups in full regalia, everything from biker terriers to Lady Gaga pugs. The annual Village Parade is this Sunday, but if you can't wait that long to see your neighbors in funny outfits, click through the photos below.
