Producer, writer and director, Chasing Madoff


Jeff Prosserman is the Executive Producer and Principal of Gusto Goods. Gusto Goods is a production company based in New York and Toronto specialized in the development, production, and marketing of socially evocative films and documentaries. In this position, he recently finished producing, writing, and directing Chasing Madoff, a feature documentary that premiered in competition at the 2010 International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam. Cohen Media Group will be releasing Chasing Madoff in the US and Entertainment One will release in Canada. While finishing Chasing Madoff, Prosserman concurrently worked as a Producer and Consultant to help launch The Daily, the first digital daily publication created by News Corp. for the iPad. Prior to this, he was the Executive Producer of Monogamy, a feature film that won the New York Narrative Award at the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival and was released this Spring by Oscilloscope Laboratories. Prior to founding Gusto Goods, Prosserman was a Producer at the interactive advertising agency Poke New York. While at Poke, he grew the business by producing global campaigns for brands that include BBC Worldwide, Dell, and Johnson & Johnson.

With over twelve years of experience leading creative teams across platforms and building companies from the ground up, Prosserman maintains a unique perspective of the changing media landscape. He graduated with a BFA with honors from the Ryerson University Film Studies program in Toronto. He is currently developing a variety of film, documentary, and interactive content projects.
