13-Year-Old Boy Arrested For Firing Gun At Teen

EAST HARLEM -- A 13-year-old boy was arrested for shooting at another teenager Thursday outside the Jefferson Houses, police said.

Police Officers Keith Roman and Samantha Smith from Police Service Area 5, which polices the neighborhood, were on foot when just after 3 p.m. they noticed the boy opening fire on the victim, the NYPD said.
