Are you a world leader looking for advice on how to kick smoking? If so, President Obama may be just the man to talk to.

During a congratulatory phone call with Philippine President-elect Benigno Aquino, Obama apparently offered to provide advice on how to quit to Aquino, who has previously vowed to "stop smoking at the appropriate time."

The subject was broached by Aquino in what the Filipino leader described as an attempt to inject "some humor" into their conversation.

"Mr. President, I understand we have the same issue with smoking," Aquino said he told Obama, according to the AP. "He said, 'Well I quit that already. I have quit. It's your sole problem. At the time that you decide to quit, I'll send the advice.'"
