How much can you tell about someone from their Facebook profile? Well, you may be able to guess where they live based on the pages they're fans of. That's because a technology blog, PeteSearch, has analyzed millions of facebook profiles, and mapped the country using different Facebook variables. PeteSearch was able to find some pretty interesting patterns. For example, the blog was able to divide the country into regions based on where peoples' Facebook friends are located, and found a totally distinct region in Utah and Idaho where the majority of users were mostly cut off from the outside world.
PeteSearch also broke the Facebook data down by state, calculating the most popular fan pages in each state. We want to know which of Colorado's ten most popular fan pages surprised you, and which you could have guessed.
